What is a private bot?
Hornysmurfs only sells self-botted accounts. The private bot uses self-written algorithms, which is why our accounts were not affected by past ban-waves.
How can the products be so cheap?
Our cheapest product costs €5.99. We achieve these low prices by using our own self-written private bot, with no external service providers — Hornysmurfs is completely independent.
Why should I buy a smurf?
Ranked is only available from level 30 with at least 20 champions, which takes the average player about a month to reach. A smurf saves you that time.
What do I get when I buy an account?
You receive full recovery information: username, password, unverified e-mail, birthdate and date of creation.
Will my account get banned?
We have one of the lowest ban rates among competitors. If you have problems with your account, contact us via the Contact page.
How do I change the e-mail and/or password?
Log in at leagueoflegends.com, go to settings, and change them there. If Riot asks for a verification code, fetch it on our Get Login Code page.
Riot is asking for an email verification code — where do I get it?
The code is emailed to your purchased account’s mailbox and we read it out for you. Logged-in customers press "Get login code" on the account in My Purchases; guest checkout uses the Get Login Code page with the order number and account username. Trigger the code in the League client first, wait about 30 seconds, then fetch it.
How will I receive the account?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your account(s) appear in your secure dashboard. Logged-in customers use My Purchases; guests get a private link by e-mail to the same secure page.
What about delayed payment methods like SEPA or Sofort?
Bank-based methods do not confirm instantly. Your account(s) unlock the moment payment is confirmed — usually within minutes — and we e-mail you when they are ready.
What if my account got banned?
If you were banned for botting within your warranty, we replace your account once. Inting, trolling, an inappropriate summoner name, deranking or contacting Riot support voids the warranty.
How do I get a notification when a skin is available?
Use the notification service on our Discord: copy the command on the product page, join the Discord, select the notification channel and type !notify [ID].
