Will my account get banned?

What if my account got banned?
Open Support and select “Account got banned.” We replace every confirmed covered case, including one replacement for an account bought through our previous store on or after January 1, 2026 when our check confirms a permanent botting or third-party-tools ban that may relate to how it was levelled. New-store purchases have the regular 14-day warranty. Player-conduct bans are not covered.
